Presented by Jackeline Costa, Mindset & Spiritual Mentor

Hi, I'm Jackie,

I'm passionate about helping healthcare workers and individuals from all walks of life to reconnect with themselves, to reframe their minds to create new results so they can feel confident and worthy of living an abundant and balanced life.

In this free masterclass, I am sharing some of the crucial steps I took to reconnect with myself and to overcome burnout and overwhelming.

Are you a healthcare worker who are:

feeling overwhelmed and stuck

are constantly experiencing burnouts

losing the passion and enthusiasm to serve your patients/clients/community

who would love to start living instead

of merely existing

If this is you? You are in the right place 🤩

P.S: This is a pre-recorded Masterclass

I Know That Feeling....

I hear you!

Around 10 years ago, I was stuck in a rut.

While I’d achieved my goals of becoming a qualified nurse and buying my own apartment at the age of 23, I had no time to enjoy my own place seeing as I was working in two jobs. The ongoing stress lasted at least 6 years.

I spent most days crying at home after work. I was beyond mentally tired and overwhelmed from working two jobs, leaving home at 5.40 am, and getting home by around 9 pm. I worked in the emergency department, meaning I had to rush off at noon to reach my other job in the theatre where I stayed until around 7.30 pm.

The weight of guilt started to get heavy. I wanted to feel energized at work, for my family, and for myself but I couldn’t. I was, unfortunately, putting far too much pressure on myself.

I was also held back by limiting beliefs, assumptions, and unrealistic expectations, like:

  • A nurse is “supposed” to be happy and healthy all the time

  • Nurses are care providers, not -receivers

  • Asking for help as a nurse makes you “weak”

⏰ The alarming lack of emotional support or leadership skills from my supervisors and directors didn’t help. Eventually, all the stress made me ill.

I developed gut issues that often caused serious pain and discomfort during my shifts. But what was I supposed to do? We were understaffed, and I had patients to heal and co-workers to support.

My performance and health weren’t all there, and as a nurse, I knew it was time to nurse my own life back to health to better serve others.

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟…𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫? 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝, 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠?

The answer hit me like a ton of bricks, and the journey began when I decided to change my own life.

I’ve spent the past 7+ years creating a better life for myself, a life defined by freedom, love, joy, self-confidence, emotional stability, and a deep-rooted sense of personal power 💫

I’ve collated all of my experiences, trials, tribulations, and successes into one beautiful program called In Care To Care (coming soon) that empowers others and healthcare workers to build a meaningful and well-balanced life too.

Meanwhile, I would love to gift you with this pre-recorded Masterclass where I share the 9 Steps and actions I’ve taken to reconnect with myself to live a meaningful and balanced life.
